- AOL is converting all feedback loops to Abuse Reporting Format (ARF) on 9/2/08. See our blog announcement for details. If you need to have your FBL converted prior to Sept 2 for testing purposes, please request support. Otherwise, if you are ready for ARF, you do not need to do anything to get your loops converted. We will do it for you on Sept 2 without your intervention.
